The process is environmentally friendly, odorless, with matte-finished edges that remain undistorted or curled.
2. Processing Precautions · Material Characteristics: Acrylic artificial stone is relatively brittle. During processing, feed rate and cutting depth must be properly set to avoid board cracking due to excessive stress.
· Tool Selection: Sharp specialized milling cutters (e.g., single-edged/double-edged spiral mills) should be used. Dull tools must be avoided to prevent material melting or burr formation.
· Parameter Settings: Based on board thickness (thin vs. thick), appropriate spindle speeds (recommended 15,000-30,000 RPM) and feed rates should be set, combined with compressed air cooling to prevent friction-induced melting and tool adhesion.
· Fixing Methods: Boards must be securely clamped using fixtures, vices, or vacuum tables to prevent displacement and damage during processing.
