Pure acrylic artificial stone solid surface material has the characteristics of hot bending, seamless splicing, inlay, hollowing, rich colors, light transmission, acid and alkali resistance, heat and cold, stains, oxidation resistance, impact resistance and other material properties. In this issue, we will first talk about its hot bending.      Pure acrylic artificial stone can be hot bent and shaped when heated to 165℃. It can be shaped by mold pressing or barehanded. The plate can be bent 180° without breaking, and the minimum corner radius R angle can be easily achieved from R6 of modified materials to conventional R30.

The modules made by hot bending technology are molded based on the designed continuous curved surface, rather than fitting the curve with short straight lines, or piecing together large curved surfaces with small arcs. Such finished products are more integrated and continuous, with a smooth surface and no seams.

The hot bending process can be used to make single/double curved surfaces, arches, waves and other shapes. It can be shaped alone or wrapped with the shape of the base layer. There is a lot of room for development.
